How to Create a Positive & healthy communication in the organization

 Stress is a common factor in many work environments. It can lead to burnout, low productivity, and even impact the mental and physical health of employee’s day-to-day life. However, creating a stress-free work environment is not an impossible task.

Below are some facts that can effect on communication of an employee as a negative or positive impact(Types of communication styles and how to identify them, 2023b)

Nowadays management layers of the organizations pay notable attention to keeping employees in a stress-free environment to gain maximum productivity. Managing positive & healthy communication takes a huge responsibility in this mission. There are many strategies for achieving this goal.
                    

Some strategies for ensuring positive & healthy communication in the workplace include building strong relationships between employees, having daily meetings for gain progress by work-habit discovery, observation, and seeking face-to-face rather than impersonal digital interaction when conflicts arise. Strategies for ensuring effective communication in the workplace have several components. The primary component is building strong relationships with subordinates through trust, loyalty, respect, empathy, awareness, and sensitivity(Aithor ,2014).
